We were successful in litigating against two companies following four members losing their employment.
Their employer had told them they were TUPE transferred to another company. However, the employer had manipulated information in order to move the members from their employment to the other company.
We proceeded to tribunal on the basis that we believed there was no transfer. We successfully negotiated employment for the members with the new company and compensation of £70,000 in total for all four members from their past employer for their loss of earnings incurred as a result of their dismissal.
