Biography
Chris is s senior personal injury Litigation executive with over 25 years experience of running a mixed caseload of serious personal injury claims related to accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability claims such as slip, trip and fall, and assaults on children and adults. Chris is majorly involved in cases of individuals suffering from injuries at work.
Chris maintains a strong network of contacts of counsellors, medical agencies, and expert witnesses. He has specialised knowledge in handling cases from the initial contact to settlement or trial in those cases where an agreed compensation is not possible.
Chris regularly visits clients, attends CMCs, and prepares statements, schedules of financial losses, court pleadings, and documents. He is passionate about Rehabilitation and understands the need for early intervention to support injured parties with medical and financial aid.
Chris firmly believes in fighting for the injured and helping them achieve justice in all forms. He recognizes the need of an injured individual and his right to receive early treatment and therapy along with monetary compensation to meet up with the losses he has incurred. Chris is of the view that obtaining compensation for injured victims is an effective method of ensuring proper maintenance health and safety standards in society.
Secured £50,000 for an injured passenger on a bus that was in collision with a van who was unable to work for several months
Secured £27,500.00 for a client who injured her shoulder in a slipping injury.
Acted for a client who suffered severe crush injuries to his hand. The client is still having treatment and will have to retrain as he can no longer do his previous job, so it is premature to settle the claim at this stage. Chris therefore secured an interim damages payment of £25,000 for the client.
